This fall, we're embarking on a unique journey to strengthen the bonds between our leadership and staff. From now through December, we'll be working together on the "Connection Quest," a series of structured activities and engagement opportunities designed to foster trust, communication, and understanding among team members.
Through this quest, we'll encourage collaboration, share perspectives, and come together to build a more inclusive and unified work environment. By the end of January, we aim to have created a more cohesive and productive team, better equipped to tackle challenges and achieve our goals together.
Over the next six months, we'll engage in activities that promote teamwork, active listening, and open communication. We'll also provide opportunities for feedback, reflection, and growth, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.

How it works
Directions for conducting an interview:
1. Personal Information: Please fill out your name, position, years employed, and any other relevant personal info.
2. Icebreaker: Choose 1-2 fun questions to get the conversation going. Feel free to use the suggested ideas or come up with your own unique icebreakers.
3. Professional Development: Engage in meaningful conversation following the prompts provided. It is expected that there may be some deviation based on the course of the conversation.
3a. Notes: Use this section for any additional notes that do not fit in the above areas.
4. Connection Quest: Ask your interviewee for a task to complete on your own time that will help you get to know them better. Ensure that the challenge is work appropriate and does not contain any illicit or dangerous activities.
5. Sign Off: Once you have completed the interview and the Connection Quest, have your interviewee sign off to indicate that you have fulfilled the task.
